Refund & Cancellation Policy

Novus IT Solutions strives to provide high-quality EdTech services through Examina. Because our services involve the delivery of digital content and immediate access to proprietary examination modules, the following policy applies:

A. Digital Content Access

  • Upon purchasing a subscription or credits for Examina, users receive immediate access to digital proprietary content.
  • No Refunds: As the value of the digital goods is consumed immediately upon access, we do not offer refunds once a user has logged in or attempted an exam.

B. Technical Errors and Double Payments

  • In the event of a technical glitch resulting in a double payment or a failed transaction where the amount was debited, users must notify us within 7 working days.
  • Verified double payments will be refunded to the original payment source within 10-15 business days.

C. Cancellation

  • Users may cancel their recurring subscriptions at any time through their dashboard settings.
  • Cancellation will stop future billing, but no pro-rata refunds will be provided for the remaining period of the current billing cycle.
