Welcome to Examina. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Examina platform and services provided by Novus IT Solutions ("Company"). By registering for or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

A. User Accounts and Eligibility

• Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported immediately to info@novusit.in.

B. Intellectual Property Rights

• The Examina platform, including its software logic, user interface, logos, and proprietary examination content, is the exclusive intellectual property of Novus IT Solutions.
• Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access content for personal educational purposes only.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written consent.

C. Prohibited Conduct

• Users shall not attempt to scrape, data-mine, or reverse-engineer the Examina platform.
• The use of any automated systems or software to extract data from this website for commercial purposes ("screen scraping") is prohibited.

D. Limitation of Liability

• Novus IT Solutions provides the platform "as is" and does not guarantee specific academic results or 100% uptime of the ERP services.

E. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Telangana, India.
